6. Software Generation
In this step of the system design process, we will be generating the software that interacts with the CP22Ox to provide the embedded system with Ethernet connectivity. Figure 15 shows the software generation flow. Using the TCP/IP Configuration Wizard, this step is one of the easiest steps in the entire system design process. The TCP/IP Configuration Wizard is available for download from www silabs.com/ethernet and is also included in each MCU development kit.
