TODO ITEMS FOR FUTURE REVISIONS OF THE RF REMOTE

* Completely redesign port assignments so that the 4 keypad switch columns 
  are connected to the upper four bits of Port B. This will allow the use
  of the wake-up from SLEEP on Port B change feature, resulting in extremely
  low current consumption. The power switch would no longer be necessary.
