Authors of DCCP Module

The original code was written by Patrick McManus ([e-mail]) and the
source is here:

Thomas Young of the WAND lab at University of Waikato modified this code to add
CCID3 (TFRC) based on the code from Lulea University of Technology which can be
found at:
http://www.dccp.org

Thomas also carried out other alterations and improved the code.

Bjorn Haggqvvist ([e-mail]) continued to improve the DCCP code
while he was based at the WAND lab.

The code was extended and tidied up by Shane Alcock ([e-mail]) of
the WAND lab.

The code has been packaged for release by Ian McDonald ([e-mail])
and Ian is the current maintainer of the code for the WAND lab.
