This job will focus on presentation of a great customer experience. There are a lot of technical, policy, inter-group, marketing, and market challenges when delivering to great services. You can help define this for our exciting new products.
Key skills required: design, technical depth, creativity, organization, communication, and agility.

Design/Creativity: ability to understand our data models, gather key requirements, write specifications and them through coding and stabilization. 
Technical depth: ability to discuss with development and test the design from backend to frontend. Spec’ing through these details while suggesting new data flows and models is required. Knowledge of web services, ASP.net fundamentals and SQL is a plus.
Organization: What data are we collecting? What are our offer options? How many different customer types do we have? How do we interact with these customers?
Communication: How are we doing today? (Metrics) What is happening next? (Scheduling) What questions can our data answer? (Reporting) How can we improve our data? Where does the data say V-next should grow? 
Agility:
 The ability to work with and add value to ALL functional areas: product planning, marketing, PM, Dev, Test, Ops, … Both on our team and on internal partner teams. We're a fast paced team with the goal of keeping our service fresh!

Qualifications:
The person should have a minimum of 3+ years experience in program management and should have shipped software products (shipping software as a service is a plus). 
A BA/BS or graduate degree in Computer Science or an equivalent professional degree is required.”
