<td class="content"><p> 除了傲人的财报以及网络技术，Google还以自由活泼、人性化的工作环境闻名业内－－Google本月初便传出消息，欲以3亿余美元的价格购买下现有的GooglePlex－－Google总部所在地，为所有Googler创造一个完美的工作环境。<br />
<br />
作为Google在中国的分支，座落清华科技园的Google中国工程研究院亦“拿来”Google美国的“传统”－－保持与Google美国一样的自由、人性化、充满创意灵感的工作环境。<br />
<br />
前日，且听枫吟有幸参观了Google中国工程研究院，言语简陋，不妨看镜头如何点缀描绘：<br />

1.Googler标准配备<br />
<br />
Google技术人员标准桌面－－宽屏20英寸LCD×2＋人体工程学键盘&鼠标＋ThinkPad×1＋各种各样贴纸和私人物品（例如布娃娃）.<br />

Google非技术人员桌面－－目前，非技术人员的LCD配置“缩水到”一台，其实已绰绰有余－－这也充分显示出Google对技术人员的格外重视和“关怀”。 <br />

<p>2.Googler娱乐环境<br />
<br />
劳逸结合才是提高效率的正解－－Google亦深谙这一真理，在北京工程院并不富裕的空间中决不会对休息、娱乐缩水。<br />
<br />
首先是Googler的休息空间－－零食、咖啡、饮料、水果按需自取，还可以聚在桌前闲聊侃天，当然，也少不了那个经典的“Google冰箱Tips”。 <br />

<p> 3.Googler的个人空间<br />
<br />
每个Googler都有30美元预算来点缀自己的私人工作空间，除了各种毛绒玩具、模型、照片以外，甚至有Googler将帐篷放在自己的“办公领域”，午休也很惬意。<br />

4.Googler Logos<br />
<br />
Googler很热衷于制作自己风格的Logo，也会将Google Logo作为装饰Office的一部分。<br />

5.开复也是Googler<br />
<br />
作为Google中国总裁，开复的办公室虽然简朴，却也很“Googler”：一进门就能看到开复女儿的照片，当然，作为总裁，开复的桌面自然没有普通Googler那么多花样。<br />

从一组中挑了一张“开复不在场”，用的最大尺寸Dell宽屏LCD－－Google所有技术人员均配备了双显示器，开复谦言自己已非技术人员，用如此大尺寸的LCD已经有些奢侈－－1900×1200分辨率...直接左右横开两个Word文档绰绰有余....<br />

Google（谷歌）中国工程研究院目前在清华科技园内占用两层写字楼，不过，Google中国已经准备在下月迁入新写字楼，届时Google将拥有一整幢写字楼作为中国总部。<br />
<br />
在笔者参观的时候，发现Googler们已经开始“争抢讨论”新写字楼的办公桌位置，相信新写字楼投入使用后，中国Googler的工作环境质量将有一次新的飞跃。<br />
<br />
目前Google已经在中国吸取了100名工程师技术人员，开复表示，Google中国的大门永远向技术精英们敞开，只要是人才，Google中国便会为其提供最佳的发展、工作环境。<br />
<br />
也许，一张Google的招聘表更能体现Google和Googler们的精神。<br />
