Jasmine project instructions:

1) Be sure you have run env.bat (in the directory above this one)
2) compile.bat - builds the project
3) startWebLogic.bat (in the directory above this one).  Make sure you run this, and not any scripts located in the \bea\ folder.
4) Open a web browser.  The Jasmine web site accessible is at http://localhost:7001/jasmine/login.jsp
