CONTROLS: 

Allows changing the controls for the currently selected game.

After the "normal" controls, there are some special control bindings:
	Macro:	Activates Macro-Moves (up to 12 keys), they are sequences
		of moves to perform some special operations (Hadoken, 
Shoryuken) with only 1 key press
	HotKey:	Activates button hotkeys (up to 6 keys). They are multiple
		simultaneous button presses assigned to 1 key press.
