Nebula is a CPS1, CPS2 and Neogeo Emulator. 
It emulates the hardware in that Capcom and SNK arcade boards.

Note that to make Nebula run you must have the dump of the original ROMs of the
arcade board you want to use. Remember that you MUST own the original ROMs 
to be legally entitled to use the ROM dumps.

Nebula is free and can be freely distributed. Nebula can't be distributed 
along with ROM images.
