      Certification Form for Foreign-Developed CSPs

Sun's JCE implements encryption using Cryptographic Service 
Providers (CSPs). Only CSPs signed by a trusted entity can be 
plugged into the JCE framework. You have indicated that you will 
be providing a foreign-developed CSP for JCE. 

In order to comply with our reporting obligations under the 
Export Administration Regulations, we need to have this form 
completed, signed, and returned to us before we can issue a
code-signing certificate to be used to sign your JCE CSP
code. Return the form to

Certificate Signing Request (CSR) and contact information
