This folder contains a couple scripts.  There are two versions of the
CreateLinkVectors script.  One is set up as a script tool, the other
still has hard coded paths in it.  There is also a handy script which 
prints out the parameter values a script recieves.  Useful to figure out what
you will be dealing with when you set up parameters like multivalue.

There is also a map document and a toolbox.  The toolbox contains the script
tool associated with the CreateLinkVector script.
