                      PowerPoint? 2002 可方便地将演示文稿转换为网页。用户将演示文稿发布到 Web 时，会将网页或 Web 
                      档案的备份保存到指定位置，例如 Web 服务器或其他可用的计算机。通过发布演示文稿（而不只是将它存为网页或 Web 
                      档案），可以维持 .ppt 文件格式演示文稿的原始版本，同时又能将所有必需的支持文件（包括图形、字体和背景）添加到共享目录中。

                      　　首先打开要发布到 Web 上的演示文稿或网页，执行“文件”菜单上的“另存为 Web 页”命令。在“文件名”框中键入该
