On the desktop level there is Evolver, an add-on to Microsoft Excel. The product has been around for some time and is quite robust and built on solid theory. From the Netherlands there is a newer package called The OMEGA Predictive Modeling System, which uses a GA to optimize the learning process. Another tool known as the Neuro Genetic Optimizer (NGO) incorporates a GA with back-propagation and Self-Organizing Map neural networks. On the high-end there is the NeoVista Solutions software, which includes a genetic algorithm module as part of its data mining suite of tools.
