In Figure 1-24, the sensitivity report coincides with the findings of the visual, association, and segmentation analyses, which found that customers who purchase fiction and Internet books (Books Category), live in Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Vermont (State), and are between 40 and 44 (Age), to be the most profitable and possess the greatest loyalty.
