Download ChineseStar(CStar ZHONG WEN ZHI XING) from the internet(Demo version is free). Run it(it should stay on the top of the screen), then run your program. But the downloaded Chinese software doesn't provide many font options(except you pay for it).<br>I changed  my VB interface from English into Chinese. After starting Cstar in my WinNT(English), my program showed all "Chinese face".<br>Also I tried Nstar(NanJiXing), but didn't work.
