我想你一定有使用 CreateObject/GetObject 或是从 OLE Container 中取得 Word 物件的 reference，若是这么做，则你不能只把该 reference 设为 Nothing，你还必须明确地先把这个物件 Close 掉才行，接下来才是设为 Nothing。<br>要把 Word 结束的指令是 <br>objWord.Application.Quit wdDotNotSaveChanges
