If the calling process is blocking orignoring SIGTTOU signals, the process shall be allowed to perform the operation, and no signal is sent.</p></blockquote><h4><a name="tag_03_763_04"></a>RETURN VALUE</h4><blockquote><p>Upon successful completion, 0 shall be returned.
