IMON95 is a free, PMON-like assembly-level debugger that runs on Win9x/NT
hosts. It communicates via a serial link to a target running
a SerialICE Kernel.

IMON95 communicates with the target via serialice1.dll.  Several other
pieces are required in order to communicate via the wiggler.  You can
