I'm emailing all my mods to XNTP 3-5.88.1 related to NT.The number of files with SYS_WINNT #ifdefs is way down,and the number of SYS_WINNT #ifdefs inside the files that havethem is way down.The only change that I made to the Unix side is to changewrite() -> send() and read() -> recv() for socket IO.This reduces the number of ifdefs everywhere but under the XNTPD program itself due to non-blocking I/O on sockets.The only thing I didn't get done is to lock the program'smemory pages into physical RAM.  Not quite sure how to usethe NT calls involved.Let me know if you have questions.  I'll be out of town at the endof the week, so I won't touch the code for at least another2 weeks time.Next on my hit list are:  Control Panel applet  Better analysis of NT timer subroutines  Better analysis of Concurency control issues handled    by several NT mutexes.Later:  Refclock supportAfter working on the code, I think that alot of functions could be shared between ntptrace, ntpdate, ntpq, and xntpdc.  Maybe some other general purpose utility library should be created to centalize functions that are repeated in each program.Also, perhaps running a "decent" indenter/formatter over allof the source files would create a more presentable wholein terms of formatting.  I also noticed that the source filesdo not share a common preamble or less importantly functionpreambles.
