Here are a couple of small fixes for operation under hp-ux 9.01:

The kernel name for hp-ux needs a slash in front of it in tickadj:

I changed the hp9000s800 to __hp9000s800 in adjtimed.c since under
certain compilation options (e.g., -Ae) hp9000s800 is not defined.
The other change was for debugging aid.
