Hi Harlan-

I got a syntax error trying to compile 5.89.9 that I did not get when compiling
5.89.8.  I am on HP-UX 10.10, using the standard HP C compiler (cc).  The error
occurs while compiling libntp/clocktypes.c, complaining about a line in ntp.h,
saying that "volatile" is a recursively defined macro.
