The Blinky project is a simple program for the LM3S102 
microcontroller using Stellaris LUMINARY MICRO Evaluation 
Board and DB28 Daughter Board with LM3S102 microcontroller.

Example functionality:                                                   
 - 4 LEDs (ULED0 .. ULED3) blink from left to right and back
 - Outputs string to UART0 (115200 baud, 8 data bits, 
   1 stop bit, no parity)
The Blinky program is available in different targets:
  Simulator:      configured for software Simulator
  LM3S102 Flash:  configured for on-chip Flash ROM
                  (used for production or target debugging)

Note: Jumpers JP22 .. JP25 must be installed and jumper JP1 
      on the Daughter Board must be set to short pins 2-3
