Software Drivers :
====================

AC48DRDF.H - File contains definitions of data structure for device configuration
             information, and constant definition for device interfacing such as 
             command type values and parameter constants. Bit fields of device 
             command are mapped into data structures.

AC48DRHW.H - File provides a structure definition for the AC48xx register mapping.
             It also provides for communication macro definition based on compilation 
             switches that define the device access model.

AC48DRLO.H / AC48DRLO.C - These files provide the individual device and channel 
             configuration commands that can be sent to the device during 
             Initialization and Run-idle state. These routines will be used by the 
             higher layer to configure the device according to user-specified 
             parameters.

AC48DRHI.H / AC48DRHI.C - These files supply high level routines to Boot, Setup, 
             Activate, and Run the device. They encapsulate the functionality of the 
             lower level files.

AC48DRUS.H / AC48DRUS.C - These files provide a place for the user to insert target 
             specific information about the host processor, the number of chips 
             accessed, and the Hardware interface to them. A fuller description of 
             these issues will follow.
