1. Purpose

These library updates are required if the Protel 99 SE SDK is 
being used to develop servers for Service Pack 6 (SP6) of
Protel 99 SE.
The set of libraries supplied with the SDK can only be used for
servers developed for Protel 99 SE SP4, or earlier. To update
SP5 you require the rtl_update_sp5.zip file, downloadable from
the same place you downloaded rtl_update_sp6.zip

2. Installing the Updated Libraries

When you extract the contents of the ZIP file 1 folder will be
created, \RTL5. This folder includes the complete set of required
library files, as a direct replacement for the  set supplied with
the SDK. Delphi 3 run time libraries are not supported in SP6 and
subsequent service packs.

If the contents of the ZIP file are extracted into the 
\Design Explorer 99 SE\SDK folder then they will replace the 
existing library files - if you need to develop a server for 
P99SE SP5 or earlier, you should rename the existing folders 
first.

After extracting the contents of the ZIP file you will need to 
copy CSRTL50.BPL and ProtelComponents50.BPL from the \RTL5 folder 
into the \WinNt\System32 or \Windows\System folder, replacing the
original Protel packages installed as part of the SDK installation.
