    Delphi是Borland公司于1995年推出的Windows环境下可 <br>

视化编程语言，在短短两年中已经发行了60万份以上，目前国 <br>

内流行的版本为1.0X（16位）和2.0X（32位）。最近Borland <br>

又推出了功能更为强大的Delphi 3.0，以及与Delphi一样采用 <br>

VCL构架的BC＋＋Builder。经著名的PC Week Labs测试证明： <br>

Delphi 3包括了VC＋＋5.0与VB5.0的功能和优点,而且不像微 <br>

软公司刚推出Visual Studio的工具组合只提供个别、单一的开 <br>

发环境, Delphi 3提供较佳的环境与执行速度，其速度比刚推出 <br>

的VB5.0快了3～6倍以上。的确，Delphi将我们从复杂的Windows <br>

编程中解放出来，极大地提高了编程效率。因此，笔者愿把使用 <br>

Delphi过程中的一些心得体会与大家共同探讨。 <br>
