It is a chm file viewer lib with source code

This is a C++ library for accessing Microsoft(tm) help
files (usually with extension chm).

To compile this you need the install chmlib first
    http://66.93.236.84/~jedwin/projects/chmlib/

See html/ for API documentation.

See src/chm_dissect.cpp is a simple application that uses
the library for various tasks.

This application is also installed to your system as 'chmdissect'.
