* Number of labels in inifile should be determined dynamically. Make a template
  out of StackC so we can use it for whatever suits us.

* Add two new heurstics: smallest-insert-first (smallfirst) and 
  largest-insert-first (largefirst), where the number of times colors are used
  determines in which order they are tried in the heuristic coloring step.
