RC1 Changes
---
* Rewrote QoS functionality to conform to official Windows Rally LLTD spec.
* Normalized Quick Discovery session timeout values to be in line with what veritool expects.
* Replaced device icons with more appropriate ones.
* Fixed zero-generation Discover handling.
* Fixed handling of malformed LLTD packet with invalid ToS.
* `offset_index' now correctly incremented for TLV 0x16 (AP Association Table).
* Added default support for management web page.  Consult get_net_flags() for more information.
* Fixed incorrect size field returned in write_comptbl_t().  Mapping over wireless link should now work properly.
* Included 'Component Table FAQ'.  Guidance: implement CT and map *with multiple responders present* to ensure your device provides correct component collapsing information.
