You can use this software for free for:
 - Diameter clients
 - Diameter redirect agents
 - Diameter proxies
 - Protocol converters to openly specified protocols (*)
 - Educational purposes
 - Test purposes

Clarification 1: By "openly specified protocols" I mean any protocol that has
detailed specification including intended semantics. Protocols specified by
IETF, ITU and 3GPP usually apply (so yes, you can make a Diameter<->Radius
converter).

You can NOT use this software for back-end servers, or for converters to
proprietary protocols.
