(This is mostly my internal version. It has applied the meanlyfull patches
to Userland tools since 0.2.4; most patches applicated since 0.2.4 are
regarded to yet-unstable systems -loadlimit, omdiscd-, and the new
paintfull automake scripts)

* All Bryan's and Moreno's bugfixes doesn't really works due to
