The "NOAUTODATA" option specifies that no automatic data segment
(default data segment defined by the group "DGROUP"), exists for the
program module or Dynamic Link Library being created.
This option applies to 16-bit applications only.
The format of the "NOAUTODATA" option (short form "NOA") is as
