The :HP2.&gml.open:eHP2. tag specifies the opening salutation text
and must be specified.
The salutation text is placed in the output document followed by
a layout-determined delimiter (such as a colon).
The body of the letter follows the open tag.
The tags :HP2.&gml.attn:eHP2., :HP2.&gml.open:eHP2., and
:HP2.&gml.subject:eHP2. may be specified in any order.
