The :HP2.&gml.from:eHP2. tag starts an address entity.
Each line following the tag will be a line in the address of
the letter author.
The first GML tag encountered will terminate the FROM address.
If the paper on which the letter will be printed has
the author's address on it,
the :HP2.&gml.from:eHP2. tag may be omitted.
