The :HP2.&gml.dist:eHP2. tag starts a list of distribution destinations
or enclosures, and is specified after the
:HP2.&gml.distrib:eHP2. tag.
The label text associated with the tag identifies the type of
the distribution list.
Each line following the dist tag is a distribution destination.
