		LIFTPACK SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

BY ACCESSING THE SOFTWARE LIFTPACK, YOU ("LICENSEE") ARE AGREEING 
TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT ESTABLISHED BY THE
LIFTPACK TEAM ("LIFTTEAM").

1.
LIFTTEAM grants to LICENSEE a nonexclusive and nontransferable license to 
use the  software LIFTPACK furnished hereunder, upon the terms and conditions 
set out below.

2.
LICENSEE acknowledges that LIFTPACK is a research tool still in the 
development stage, that it is being supplied "as is," without any 
accompanying services or improvements from LIFTTEAM,
and that this license is entered into in order to 
encourage scientific collaboration aimed at further 
development and application of the Program.

3.
LIFTTEAM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
By way of example, but not limitation, LIFTTEAM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS
OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE
OR THAT THE USE OF THE LICENSED SOFTWARE COMPONENTS OR DOCUMENTATION
WILL NOT INFRINGE ANY PATENTS, COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARKS OR OTHER RIGHTS.
LIFTTEAM shall not be held liable for any liability nor for any direct,
indirect or consequential damages with respect to any claim by LICENSEE
or any third party on account of or arising from this Agreement or use
of LIFTPACK.

4.
"LICENSEE agrees not to sell or sublicense LIFTPACK to another location
or to any other person without prior written permission from LIFTTEAM."

5.
Title to copyright to LIFTPACK and to any associated documentation shall at 
all times remain with LIFTTEAM, and LICENSEE agrees to preserve same.  
LICENSEE agrees to maintain the copyright notice and the license agreement in 
any copies LICENSEE makes of LIFTPACK.
 
6.
This Agreement shall be construed, interpreted and applied in accordance 
laws of the State of South Carolina, the United States of America,
Belgium, India, and Venezuela.

7.
Any terms or conditions of this Agreement found to unenforceable,
illegal, or contrary to public policy in any jurisdiction will be
deleted, but wil not affect the remaining terms and conditions of this
Agreement.

8.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as conferring rights to use 
advertising, publicity or otherwise any trademark or the name of "LIFTTEAM"
or "LIFTPACK".
