Purpose of this program
========================
This program is designed to decode real-time GPS data in RTCM format 
which is streamed over the internet. 
The RTCM Decoder reads data from one of your computer's IP ports.
The translated output in ASCII format is then visualised on the screen.


Usage of this program
======================

IMPORTANT:
Before you start the RTCM decoder make sure you are receiving the real-time
data stream you wish to decode. Now you can use the RTCM decoder.

Standard case:

(1)   Receive GPS real-time data stream

    - Start the Ntrip Client, e.g. "GNSS Internet Radio" 
      (note: the software can be downloaded free of charge from
       http://igs.ifag.de/index_ntrip_down.htm)
    - Choose TCP/IP as output for the GPS real-time data stream and
      note the port number that is used, e.g. 2101
    - start receiving the data (moving status bar)


(2)   Decode the real-time data stream

    - start the RTCM decoder
    - use default local IP address for input: 127.0.0.1 and the port
      number the Ntrip client is using, e.g. 2101
    - click "OK and exit"
    - the decoded data stream should now be visible in the decoder window
