and update in the 2005,speedup ,reduce the runtime and improve the solution quality

I compiled it again in the windows

be00(be05).dev is project file 
executable file is be00(be05).exe


usage 

in windows 
1.run cmd(command,dos命令提示符)
2.local the directory 
3.  be00(be05) hp

the benchmark is MCNC include :apte hp xerox ami33 ami49 , five files
