<p>The number and diversity of information resources on the net is 
growing rapidly. To enable people to keep up with this growth and find
information on the net, we propose the <b>Internet Learning Agent</b>, which
forms models of information resources by interacting with them.

An Example-Based Approach</a> elaborates on ILA and includes the

The paper will appear in the
