I have not been here nearly long enough to figure out exactly what I want to do, but my current interests lie in operating systems, namely <!WA10><!WA10><!WA10><!WA10><!WA10><!WA10><!WA10><!WA10><!WA10><a href = "http://www.cs.washington.edu/research/projects/spin/www/">SPIN</a>. <p>When I miraculously escape from the <!WA11><!WA11><!WA11><!WA11><!WA11><!WA11><!WA11><!WA11><!WA11><a href="http://www.cs.washington.edu/homes/map/chateau.html">Chateau Office Complex</a>  adjoining Sieg Hall, I try to remain relatively active.  I am somewhat active on the <!WA12><!WA12><!WA12><!WA12><!WA12><!WA12><!WA12><!WA12><!WA12><a href="http://www.cs.washington.edu/homes/rex/rb/">CSE Racquetball Ladder</a>, so throw challenges my way anytime.  I would also love to play golf sometime, but I don't know where to go and I have no way of getting there!  <p><dt> <b><i>Very</i> Current Life:</b>  If you want to know what I'm <i>really</i> doing right now, check if I'm in my <!WA13><!WA13><!WA13><!WA13><!WA13><!WA13><!WA13><!WA13><!WA13><a href="http://www.cs.washington.edu/homes/ddion/office/c109a.html">office</a>.<p><dt> <b>Past Life:</b>Before I wandered out to <!WA14><!WA14><!WA14><!WA14><!WA14><!WA14><!WA14><!WA14><!WA14><ahref="http://www.cs.washington.edu/area/">Seattle</a>, I graduated witha B.S in Mathematics at the <!WA15><!WA15><!WA15><!WA15><!WA15><!WA15><!WA15><!WA15><!WA15><ahref="http://www.nd.edu/">University of Notre Dame</a>.  You could say,however, that I defected to the <!WA16><!WA16><!WA16><!WA16><!WA16><!WA16><!WA16><!WA16><!WA16><ahref="http://www.nd.edu/Departments/EN/CSE/CSE/cse_title_page.html">Department of Computer Science and Engineering</a>, where I gained some<!WA17><!WA17><!WA17><!WA17><!WA17><!WA17><!WA17><!WA17><!WA17><a href="http://www.cs.washington.edu/homes/ddion/prev_research/research.html">research experience</a>.Also at <!WA18><!WA18><!WA18><!WA18><!WA18><!WA18><!WA18><!WA18><!WA18><a href="http://www.cs.washington.edu/homes/ddion/personal/dome.gif">Notre Dame</a>, I was an avid member of the <!WA19><!WA19><!WA19><!WA19><!WA19><!WA19><!WA19><!WA19><!WA19><ahref="http://www.nd.edu/Departments/NDBands/band.html">Notre Dame Bands</a>.I will always remain a faithful supporter of the <!WA20><!WA20><!WA20><!WA20><!WA20><!WA20><!WA20><!WA20><!WA20><a href="http://www.cs.washington.edu/homes/ddion/personal/irish.gif">Fighting Irish</a> (despite the meager chances of a 1996 National Championship), and I especially enjoyed the exciting October 12, 1996 meeting with the Huskies of the University of Washington, where the Irish fared pretty well.<h2> GO IRISH!!!</h2><!WA21><!WA21><!WA21><!WA21><!WA21><!WA21><!WA21><!WA21><!WA21><img src=http://www.cs.washington.edu/homes/ddion/personal/band.gif> <p><body><p> <hr><address>  <!WA22><!WA22><!WA22><!WA22><!WA22><!WA22><!WA22><!WA22><!WA22><a href="#top">	David Dion  </a> <br>  Last modified:  Monday 28 October 1996</address></html>
