Too true.</UL>David received an A.B. in <!WA0><A HREF="http://geogweb.berkeley.edu/BerkGeog.html">Geography</A> from the <!WA1><A HREF="http://www.berkeley.edu/">University of California, Berkeley</A>in 1983, an M.S. in Applied<!WA2><A HREF="http://www.mcs.csuhayward.edu/">Mathematics</A> from <!WA3><A HREF="http://www.csuhayward.edu/">California State University, Hayward</A> in 1989, and an M.S. in <!WA4><A HREF="http://www.cs.ucsd.edu/">Computer Science</A> from the <!WA5><A HREF="http://www.ucsd.edu/">University of California, San Diego</A>in 1991. He expects to complete his Ph.D. in 1996.
