I am in the process of developing a software for my research.Since there is no clear victor in the area of workflow technology, such as, Sagas, ConTract, DOM and ACTA to name a few, thearea is wide open. Placed in this situation the industryand scientific community is trying to solve this problemfor many years. Here, at NC State, Dr. Singh and I arehoping to make a significant contribution to the workflowproblem solution and trying to come up with a software thatwould address many challenging problems unaddressed so far.<hr><h4><p align=center><a name="top"> Java, KQML, Agents and CORBA Pointers </a></center></p></H4><h5><p align=center> <a name="toc1"> Table of Contents</a></h5></center><p><OL><li> My Research<UL><li><!WA6><A Href="http://www4.ncsu.edu/eos/info/dblab/dblab-www/wwwaj/sochtml/Wirles_CSC572.ps"> Wireless Networking </a> November 13, 1996<li><!WA7><A Href="http://www4.ncsu.edu/eos/info/dblab/dblab-www/wwwaj/sochtml/SoCReport2.ps"> Sphere of Control Report #2</a> November 04, 1996<li><!WA8><A Href="http://www4.ncsu.edu/eos/info/dblab/dblab-www/wwwaj/sochtml/orb-run/bleed.html"> Use of Xerox ORB</a> October 29, 1996<li><!WA9><A Href="http://www4.ncsu.edu/eos/info/dblab/dblab-www/wwwaj/sochtml/SoCReport1.ps"> Sphere of Control Report #1 </a> October 02, 1996<li><!WA10><A Href="http://www4.ncsu.edu/eos/info/dblab/dblab-www/wwwaj/sochtml/Design1.02.ps"> Sphere of Control Report #0.1 </a> September, 1996<li><!WA11><A Href="http://www4.ncsu.edu/eos/info/dblab/dblab-www/wwwaj/sochtml/P-Workflows-4.ps"> Presentation on Workflow </a>August 1996<li><!WA12><A Href="http://www4.ncsu.edu/eos/info/dblab/dblab-www/wwwaj/sochtml/P-SoControl-4.ps"> Presentation on Spheres of Control </a>July 1996</UL><li> General<UL><li> <!WA13><a href="http://www4.ncsu.edu/eos/info/dblab/dblab-www/wwwaj/Guidelines.CSC691D.html"> Guidelines for project </a><LI><!WA14><A HREF="http://www4.ncsu.edu/eos/info/dblab/dblab-www/wwwaj/Unix.Workflow.CGI.Pointer.html"> Workflow, CGI, Sybase, Perl and Unix Pointers </A><li> <!WA15><a href="http://www4.ncsu.edu/eos/info/dblab/dblab-www/wwwaj/CSC691D.News.html">News and Announcements</a>June 29, 1996 <li> <!WA16><a href="http://www4.ncsu.edu/eos/info/dblab/dblab-www/wwwaj/Workflow-Vendors.html"> Workflow Vendors </a></UL><li> Java Stuff<ul><LI><!WA17><A HREF="http://www.cs.ucla.edu/csd-grads-gs2/decuir/java/"> A very good slide show (class presentation) on Java </A><LI><!WA18><A HREF="http://java.sun.com/java.sun.com/JDK-1.0/api/packages.html"> Java API documentation </A><LI><!WA19><A HREF="http://java.sun.com/java.sun.com/tutorial/index.html"> The Java tutorial (most comprehensive one) </A><LI><!WA20><A HREF="http://g.oswego.edu/dl/pats/aopintro.html"> Concurrent programming in Java </A><LI><!WA21><A HREF="http://www4.ncsu.edu/eos/info/dblab/dblab-www/wwwaj/Java.Books.html">Recommended books for learning Java </a>(May 30, 1996)<li> <!WA22><A HREF="http://copeland.smartchoice.com/~laforge/index.html">Persistent Java and Mobile Web Agents</a>(June 9, 1996)<LI><!WA23><A HREF="http://www4.ncsu.edu/eos/info/dblab/dblab-www/wwwaj/JavaPackages.html">How to create Java Packages</A>(June 14, 1996) <LI> <!WA24><A HREF="http://www4.ncsu.edu/eos/info/dblab/dblab-www/wwwaj/port-numbers">A list of used Port numbers</A> (June 14, 1996) </Ul><p><li> OMG, CORBA Stuff<ul><LI><!WA25><A HREF="http://www.amsinc.com/amscat/obj-web/sld001.htm"> A very good slide show onObjects and CORBA </A><LI><!WA26><A HREF="http://splash.javasoft.com/pages/intro.html"> IDL and Java</A><LI><!WA27><A HREF="http://splash.javasoft.com/pages/IDLtoJava.html"> Mapping IDL to Java</A> <li> <!WA28><A HREF="http://www.informatik.uni-essen.de/Dokumente/java/corba.htm" > Distributed Computing: Java, CORBA, and DCE</A> </ul><p><li> KQML Stuff<ul><LI><!WA29><A HREF="http://www.cs.umbc.edu/kqml/whats-kqml.html"> What is KQML? </A><LI><!WA30><A HREF="http://www.cs.umbc.edu/kqml/papers/kbkshtml/kbks.html"> A paper discussingdesign and implementation of KQML</A><LI><!WA31><A HREF="http://www.niksula.cs.hut.fi/~tkan/mobilecode/kqml_eval.html"> A paper discussing evaluation of KQML as an agent communication language</A></ul><p><li> Spider and Agents Stuff<ul><LI><!WA32><A HREF="http://info.webcrawler.com/mak/projects/robots/robots.html">World Wide Web Robots, Wanderers, and Spiders </A><LI><!WA33><A HREF="http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~samarco/cis466/present.html"> Robots, Spiders and other web crawlers</A><LI><!WA34><A HREF="http://summit.stanford.edu/html/webbing/mudInfo.html">Info on MUDs and related topics </A><LI><!WA35><A HREF="http://www.saic.alaska.net/wreggit/djw_paper.html">A paper discussing software agents using Java </A><LI><!WA36><A HREF="http://aida.unipr.it/dai/agentpages.html"> Software Agents Related Web Pages</A></ul><p><li>Ontology Stuff<ul><li> <!WA37><A HREF="http://www-ksl.stanford.edu/kst/what-is-an-ontology.html"> What is Ontology? </A></ul><p></OL><HR><!WA38><img src="http://www.ncsu.edu/images/32x32/emailico.gif">Last updated - October 24, 1996<ADDRESS><b>Contact:</b> A.
