<p> I'm a graduate student in the <!WA2><a

part of the Asynchronous Circuits Group.

<p> I received an "Ingeniero Electr&oacute;nico" degree from <!WA4><a
href="http://www.usb.ve/">Universidad Sim&oacute;n Bol&iacute;var</a>
in Caracas, Venezuela in 1978 and a M.S.E.E. from <!WA5><a
href="http://www.stanford.edu/">Stanford University</a> in 1984.
</p>

<p> I'm an aggregate professor (on leave) in the Department of
Electronic Engineering at Universidad Nacional Experimental
Polit&eacute;cnica Antonio Jos&eacute; de Sucre in Barquisimeto, <!WA6><a
href="http://venezuela.mit.edu/">Venezuela</a>.
