I havebeen building a prototype system which I call Descartes. The name is acorruption of the initials for Dynamically Adaptive <!WA15><A HREF="http://www-swiss.ai.mit.edu/scheme-home.html"> <!......!> Scheme <!......!> </A>Compiler And Run-Time Execution Specializer.
