It includes an interface, and awindow to display the abstract tree of the equation. For thequadratic equation, here it is for those who where absent that day inalgebra class d:-)<BR> <!WA3><iMG SRC="http://www.cs.nmsu.edu/~avazquez/equout.gif"><br>which produces the following abstract tree <!WA4><iMG SRC="http://www.cs.nmsu.edu/~avazquez/equ_tree.gif"><BR>An abstract tree is used because it make the structure of the equationexplicit. Equa allows you to edit the equation directly on thescreen, and allows tree manipulations (abstract calculi) across thebranches of the subtrees.<br><BR><dd>A Report and User's Manual is here:<br><b>Equa Report.
