Very fast port scanner

Title: Port Scanner
Description: Very fast port scanner. But I do need some help on controlling memory and NetBuffers. If anyone has any info that may be on use. Please mail me or post here thanks :). 
Note : Don't set the interval between ports to low or you'll get an error. I should of set it so u can't go below 60m/s. But hey...
