      <BR>一点看法： 
      <BR>对于3~5A的驱动建议使用L6203或者MC33887，集成的DMOS工艺H桥，用起来还是相当的方便。更大一点的话可以考虑VNH3SP30，可达到30A。 
      <BR>MOS管搭建的H桥驱动10~20A的电流基本就可以了，再大的话对于电源也是很苛刻的要求了。 
      <BR>如果要买很大电流的MOS管可以考虑力源代理的ON的产品，应该没有假货的了； <BR>另外可以看看这里，也许会有惊喜：
