Matlab Functions for Metabolic Networks

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.

    1. Unpack the files
    2. Include the directory 'metabolic_networks' and all its subdirectories 
       to your Matlab path. One way to do this is to edit the file startup.m:
       '~/matlab_metabolic_networks' must be replaced by the path to the 
       directory 'metabolic_networks'.
    3. Run the m-file 'demo_small_network' to see an example

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS.
  
    The functions were developed and tested with matlab6.

STATE OF THE SOFTWARE.

    The functions are still under development and provided 'as is'.
    If you have written extensions to them and want to have them 
    incorporated into the toolbox, please let me know.
