If Waypoint Logging is enabled then new Waypoints are automatically stored (and saved) in the ceWaypoints.wpt
file, this file can be loaded using the menu option or it can be set to automatically load
when OziExplorerCE is started. New waypoints are appended to this file so the file continuously
grows in size as new waypoints are added, the file will need to be cleaned up from time to
time. This file can be opened in OziExplorer. Please note that if waypoints are
edited after being created then the changes are not saved to the log file.
