The speaker claims education will be truly effective when is specially designed to meet individual needs and interests of each person. While an attempt to treat and teach students whose interests are specific is necessary, however, i cast great doubt on the feasibility and efficiency of this notion.

Grantedly, Individual plans to help students excavating their potential ability and talent is essencial and will do benefit both the students and society. When a professor facing tens and hundreds of students in a lecture, he could barely identify which one might be the next Einstein or Newton without even recognizing anyone of them, let alone acknowledging their special talent or characteristic features.However, a tutor of graduate students is likely to discover most of their differences in a positive way.  It is not the professor lecturing high school or undergraduate students lacks insight or ability to identify genius, or the graduate students tend to be much clever and special than others. The most powerful influence on this diversity of situation might be that more incisive and particular advises can be raised upon the subject of their students' individual needs and interest by the tutors with less students. Thus, if condition permits, this style of education will no doubt benefit many of the students as well as the society.

However, designing specificly for each student is almost an impossible mission for educators and goverments. Firstly, there are to many students for educators to direct while it suffers a lack of experienced and adequate tutors or even simply, teachers. Even if there are a large amount of qualified person who are at the same time willing to direct the youth in finding their dreams of life, it is almost impossible for them to sacrifice their own benefit to help with their students most of the time. What's more,this measure requires a myriad of financial support from the government. While most of the genius's potential ability digged out, the next step will be letting them do what they are good at, Nevertheless, this also requires large amount of money and the society will no doubt be a mess regardless of the demand of the society.

While the speaker discuss the benefits of educating the youth in accordance with their capacity and latent talent, the essence of education is partly overlooked. When we design the form of education, the original purpose is not to guarantee the harvest of knowledge only by means of having people being educated attending lessons and be profound, rather, educating itself is inclined to teach students what is the basic of learning and how to learn. Imagining, even there is one specialist for each child when he/she just begins to attend school, it is entirely impossible for any of them figuring out what is interesting in other people's mind, moreover, people's hobby and interst changes. Therefore, technically, it may not even exists of such a person who is able to unearth student's talent unless the student himself/herself do so by himself/herself. After all, we are the host of our own mind.  

To sum up, ideal as the suggestion is, such methods in educating might not, or may we say, should not be implemented in the real world, for the reason that education which almost every student shares is not able to benefit every one of them.In order to reach great achievement, one should rest more on himself/herself while absorbing positive influence of the general education.
