<P> 在网络时代，不仅是“超女”能从草根阶层迅速崛起，扬名海内外，而且许多人也能凭借网络平台迅速走红。 </P>
<P> 被称为“史上最牛钉子户”的杨武、吴苹夫妇，在陷入搬迁窘境之际，竟靠一张视角独特、强烈震憾人心的照片，走红中国、扬名世界。</P>
<P> 迅速成名让他们颇感意外，惊喜交集之余抗争精神倍增。最感意外的还是重庆当局，匪夷所思的另类宣传热潮和海啸般袭来的网络信息，打乱了他们的全盘宣传计划。 </P>
<P> 今年是中国西部重镇重庆成为中央直辖市的十周年纪念。从去年起，重庆就在策划盛大的纪念活动。出于对网络媒体的重视，官方人士精心构想从3月起，全国网络媒体采访帷幕拉开，一直持续到6月18日。</P>
<P>弱势钉子户超强宣传能力</P>
<P> 而网民推动的“史上最牛钉子户”炒作浪潮，与官方安排的时间大致相仿，甚至热烈程度并不亚于重庆同期举办规模盛大的糖酒会和火锅节。交通方便的杨家坪轻轨车站旁的“钉子户小楼”，犹如海中孤岛，竟然也成为市民休闲或赶路空隙时观赏的景点。</P>
<P> 震憾人心的照片仅仅一幅，一周多来就足以让中央省市和外国媒体，包括电视、报纸、电台等作现场直播和专题报道。当然，最火爆还是网络媒体，通过直播、视屏、QQ、MSN、博客等多管齐下。</P></td>
