%CalcOrthogonality  alpha = CalcOrthogonality(lpTables, speeds) returns the orthogonality
%                   factor needed in DL interference calculation. The MS speed is used as 
%                   input and also the link performance tables from where the orthogonality 
%                   is interpolated.
